Laura Taylor began their career as a legal assistant at Bridge McFarland Solicitors in 2005. Laura then worked as a trainee solicitor at Brabners Chaffe Street from 2007 to 2009, followed by a role as an employment solicitor at Andersons Solicitors from 2009 to 2011.

In 2011, Laura Taylor became a Qualified Mediator in interpersonal/workplace disputes through their training at UK Mediation. In 2016, they completed a Professional Experience Assessment at CIPD, focusing on CIPD specifically.
