Mike Chieco

Mike Chieco has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries and roles. Mike began their career as a Strategy and Operations Consultant at Deloitte Consulting in 2010, where they worked until 2014. From there, they joined Liberty Eagle Holdings as the Chief of Staff and Head of Operations, contributing to the rapid growth of the business in East Africa. In 2017, Chieco interned at Costco Wholesale in an operations role, followed by an internship at Tesla in 2018, where they focused on platform innovation.

In 2019, Chieco joined Procter & Gamble as a Senior Brand Manager for Pantene and later became a Product Manager for Hair Code. Mike then pursued further education, undertaking an MBA at Yale University's School of Management and concurrently earning an MA in Global Affairs at Yale's Jackson Institute from 2016 to 2019.

After completing their studies, Chieco co-founded a startup in 2020, serving as the Head of Business Operations. However, they left the company due to the birth of their child in 2023. In the same year, they joined Facebook as a Product Marketing Manager, specializing in improving the platform's discovery algorithm for Creators. Chieco's most recent role is Partner and Head of Strategy & Business at Roadrunner Venture Studios, where they lead the development of breakthrough ventures in frontier technologies.

In addition to their professional experience, Chieco has also been involved with the Aspen Strategy Group's Rising Leaders Program, contributing to thought leadership by authoring articles on shifting corporate responsibility and the function of an "Economic Nato" in today's world.

Mike Chieco has a Master's degree in Public Policy from the Yale Jackson School of Global Affairs, which they obtained from 2016 to 2019. Mike also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Yale School of Management within the same time period. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Finance at the Lehigh University College of Business from 2006 to 2010. Mike Chieco attended Boston University briefly in 2009, and they completed their high school education at Greenwich High School from 2002 to 2006.
