Carolyn Bucher Estebez

Carolyn Bucher Estebez has held various roles in the merchandising industry since 1999. Carolyn began their career at Gap Inc. as a Retail Management Trainee, and worked their way up to Director of Online Merchandising. Carolyn then moved to Director of Merchandising, Old Navy Accessories and Shoes in 2010. In 2017, they took on the role of Director of Merchandising, New Business Initiatives at Minted. After that, they joined FabKids as Director of Merchandising in 2018 and then Rocksbox as Senior Director of Merchandising and Product Development in 2019.

Carolyn Bucher Estebez attended Brandywine High School from 1992 to 1995. Carolyn then went on to earn a Bachelor's Degree in Retailing/Marketing from Syracuse University between 1995 and 1999.
