Jennie Chiu is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in pastry operations and management. Currently serving as the Executive Pastry Chef at Rosewood Miramar Beach since June 2023, Jennie oversees all hotel pastry, bread, and viennoiserie operations, while creating seasonal menus for various outlets. Previous roles include Pastry Chef at Banyan Tree Hotels & Resorts, where Jennie was part of the opening team and responsible for designing pastry menus and ensuring quality assurance.
