Dru Wells

Dru Wells has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Currently, Dru is working as the Vice President of Human Resources at Royal Electric Company. Prior to this, they held the position of Chief Compliance Officer & Director of Human Resources at Helix Electric for 17 years. Dru also served as the Chairman and Training Trust Chair at Associated Builders and Contractors, San Diego Chapter. Other positions held by Dru include Director of Human Resources at Autosplice, Manager of Human Resources at Viratec Optium Systems, Regional Human Resources Representative at McBride Electric, and People Services Representative at Mail Boxes Etc. Dru Wells attended UC San Diego from 1990 to 1991, but did not pursue a specific degree or field of study during their time at the institution. In 1998, Dru Wells enrolled at Air Academy Associates where they completed a Six Sigma Green Belt program, earning a Green Belt certification in the field.
