Zareena Brown

Zareena Brown has a diverse work experience in various HR and leadership roles. Zareena is currently the Chief People Officer at Royal Mail since October 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Britvic Soft Drinks Limited from January 2017. Zareena also worked as a Trustee at The McKenzie-Delis Review, a charitable organization focusing on diversity and inclusion in the workplace, starting from June 2021. Zareena was a Member of the Board of Advisors at DIAL Global, a global community for diverse inclusive leaders, from June 2019. Prior to these roles, Zareena held senior HR positions at IHG - InterContinental Hotels Group, Hilton Worldwide, Powerhouse, and Phones4u. Their experience includes global talent management, leadership development, and HR director roles.

Zareena Brown has a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management (CIPD qualification) from De Montfort University.
