Alaa Allosh is a skilled culinary professional with experience in various reputable establishments such as Jumeirah Gulf of Bahrain Resort & Spa, Wyndham Grand Manama, and Royal Saray Resort managed by Accor. With a background in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Jami't Al-Ba'ath and Vocational Technical Diplomas from the Culinary Institute of Homs, Alaa has worked their way up from Commis 1 in 2009 to their current role as a Sous Chef.
