Andi Zolkiewski

Andi Zolkiewski has a diverse and extensive work experience in various HR and compensation roles. Currently, they hold two roles at RS&H as the SVP of Total Rewards & HCM and Vice President of Total Rewards and HRIS. Prior to that, Andi worked at SWCA Environmental Consultants as the Director of Total Rewards, Wellness, and HRIS, where they designed and executed the company's Total Rewards strategy and performed comprehensive reviews of compensation programs. Andi also worked at Banner Health, where they held multiple positions, including Senior Human Resources Business Partner, Compensation Senior Director, Operations Support Director, Compensation Director, and Compensation Consultant. At Banner Health, they were responsible for talent management strategies, development and implementation of reward programs, and streamlining and standardizing compensation practices. Andi's early experience includes working as a Compensation and Benefits Supervisor at The Apollo Group, Inc.

Andi Zolkiewski earned a Bachelor's Degree in Management from the University of Arizona between 1993 and 1997. Later, between 1998 and 2000, Andi obtained a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
