Shaun Peterson

Shaun Peterson has a diverse work experience in the field of scientific research. Shaun started their career as a Graduate Student at Columbia University from September 2002 to July 2009, where they completed their doctoral research on the response to DNA double-strand breaks. Shaun then worked as a Graduate Research Associate at Columbia University Irving Medical Center from August 2002 to July 2009. In August 2009, Shaun became self-employed and worked as a Private Tutor, specializing in subjects such as molecular biology, genetics, biochemistry, and cell biology. During this time, they provided tutoring services to various students, including those from Columbia University. In March 2012, Shaun joined Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center as a Research Scholar and later became a Research Associate in March 2017 until June 2020. Shaun'srole involved conducting research in the field of cancer. Most recently, Shaun joined Rumi Scientific in June 2020 as a Research Scientist and was promoted to the position of Senior Scientist in July 2021.

Shaun Peterson has a strong educational background in the field of biological sciences. Shaun obtained a Ph.D. in Biological Sciences from Columbia University, where they studied from 2004 to 2009. Prior to their Ph.D., Shaun also completed a Master of Arts (MA) in Biological Sciences at Columbia University, spanning from 2002 to 2004. Shaun's undergraduate education was at Boston College, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Biology between 1997 and 2001.

In terms of additional certifications, Shaun has acquired various qualifications to enhance their skills and knowledge.
