Mon Bautista

Mon Bautista has extensive experience in finance and leadership roles. Mon currently serves as the CFO and VP of Finance for Rustan Commercial Corporation since 2017. Prior to this, they worked as a Finance Controller for JTI (Japan Tobacco International) from 2015 to 2016. Mon also held the position of Vice President of Finance for Concepcion Industrial Corporation from 2013 to 2015. Mon Bautista worked at Philip Morris International from 2004 to 2013, where they held various roles including Head of Financial Planning & Analysis and Head of Treasury. Mon also has experience in Ford Motor Company and Standard Chartered Bank, where they held positions such as AVP of Business Planning and Treasury Supervisor.

Mon Bautista completed their Elementary and High School education at Ateneo de Manila University from 1979 to 1991. From 1991 to 1995, they attended the same university and obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Management.
