Eline Smeets

Eline Smeets has a diverse work experience history. Eline started their career in 2014 as a waitress at Gasterie de Bokkereyer and later worked as a waitress at Café van Zanten from 2018 to 2022. In 2016, they took part in an innovation project called Bendecafé at Graaf Huyn College.

In 2020, Eline joined Billink - Achteraf Betalen as an intern, and then transitioned to the role of Talent Acquisition & Employee Experience from February 2021 to August 2022.

Eline continued their professional journey at IMC Trading in 2022, where they worked as an HR Generalist from October 2022 to March 2023, and as a Project Manager from April 2023 to July 2023.

Eline also gained experience as an HR Interim Professional at Rvdb, starting in October 2022.

Currently, Eline is working as a Beleidsadviseur Arbeidsvoorwaarden at Cordaan starting from July 2023.

Eline Smeets completed their education at various institutions. From 2021 to 2022, they attended the Erasmus School of Social and Behavioural Sciences (ESSB) and obtained a Master's degree in Work & Organisational Psychology. Prior to that, they pursued their Bachelor's degree in International Psychology from 2017 to 2021 at Erasmus University Rotterdam. Their earlier educational background includes attending Graaf Huyn College from 2010 to 2017, where they completed VWO (pre-university education) with a focus on Economics and Society.
