Karlijn Overbeeke

Karlijn Overbeeke has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Karlijn started their career as a Ski/Snowboard instructor at Fun & Pro Skischule in 2016. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as a Horeca medewerker and then as an Intercedent/Allround manager at A la Carte - Uitzenden Payroll Events. In 2020, they served as the Secretary for the Sustainability Committee at RSC/RVSV. Karlijn then joined Page Personnel as a Techniek & engineering recruitment specialist from March 2022 to October 2022. Karlijn also worked as a Campus Recruiter | Working Student in the Talent Acquisition Team at Avanade from October 2022 to February 2023. Currently, they are employed at Rvdb, where they hold the position of Junior HR Interim Professional. Karlijn is also working as an HR Assistant a.i. at Corendon through Rvdb. Karlijn Overbeeke's education history begins in 2021, where they enrolled in Erasmus University Rotterdam to pursue a Master's degree in Work and Organisational Psychology. Prior to that, from 2018 to 2021, they attended the same university and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. In 2017, Karlijn also studied at Erasmus University Rotterdam, focusing on Criminologie.
