Maxime Verheul

Maxime Verheul has been working as Legal Counsel at S4 Capital Group since 2022, focusing on M&A activities and day-to-day legal and business affairs matters of the S4 Capital/Media Monks group. Prior to this, they worked at Loyens & Loeff from 2015-2022, first as an Advocaat | Attorney-at-law (Senior Associate) and then as an Attorney-at-law in the New York Office.

Maxime Verheul has a comprehensive educational background. In 2008, they completed their Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Amsterdam, specializing in Law. Maxime then went on to pursue a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the same university from 2012 to 2014, specializing in Privaatrecht: Commerciëble Rechtspraktijk. From 2015 to 2018, they obtained an Associate's degree, Law from Law Firm School. Most recently, in 2019, they completed a Post-graduate degree from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) in the VU Law Academy - Leergang Mergers & Acquisitions.
