Matthew Simon

Matthew Simon is currently the Deputy Litigation Director at the Center for Science in the Public Interest. Prior to this role, Matthew has held positions such as Judicial Law Clerk at the Southern District of New York, Research Fellow at Human Rights Watch, and International Law and Human Rights Fellow at Legal Resources Centre. With a J.D. in International Human Rights Law from New York University School of Law, Matthew has a strong background in human rights advocacy and legal research.
