Shaina Steinbrueck

Shaina Steinbrueck is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in executive and management roles. Currently serving as Executive Chef at Salt and Smoke since July 2021, Shaina has previously held the position of Sous Chef/Manager at Saint Louis University and served as Executive Chef at Delaware North from April 2018 to November 2021. Shaina's educational background includes an Associates degree from L'Ecole Culinaire in St. Louis and a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Studies from Saint Louis University.
