Marcus Walker, MBA, PMP, PMI-ACP, ITILv3 has a strong background in project management and customer success. Marcus is currently serving as the Director of Enterprise Customer Success at Samsara, where they began in 2023. Prior to this, Marcus worked at ServiceNow as a Director of Customer Success, specializing in the healthcare, SLED, and Canada segments from January 2023 to June 2023, and in healthcare and life sciences from October 2020 to December 2022.

Before joining ServiceNow, Marcus held the position of Senior Manager at Deloitte from March 2018 to October 2020. Marcus also worked at Rego Consulting as the Director of ServiceNow Solution Architecture & Project Delivery from June 2017 to March 2018, and as a Sr. ServiceNow Solution Architect and Sr. Project Portfolio Management Consultant from October 2016 to June 2017.

Marcus gained valuable experience at AOS as the Service Management Practice Engagement Manager from May 2015 to October 2016. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Information Technology Project Management at Wellmont Health System from August 2013 to May 2015, where they established a technology PMO and implemented frameworks for strategic demand management and project governance.

Furthermore, Marcus has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis.
