Althea Salas

Althea Salas, SPHR, SHRM-SCP is the VP of Human Resources at San Diego Tourism Authority. Althea has held various roles within the company since March 1992 when it was known as the San Diego Convention & Visitors Bureau, eventually working their way up to the VP position. Althea previously served as the Director of Human Resources and Human Resources Manager. Althea holds a BS in Business with a focus on Human Resources from San Diego State University.
