Adelina Robles

Adelina Robles, MBA, PMP has extensive work experience spanning multiple industries and organizations. Adelina currently serves as the Principal Operations Integration Leader at Sandia National Laboratories, a position they have held since March 2023. Prior to this role, they had been the Principal Business Operations Leader at the same organization from August 2016 until March 2023.

Before joining Sandia National Laboratories, Adelina worked at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory as an Administrative Specialist IV (DTED) from 2014 to 2016. Adelina also held the position of Finance Manager at Revolution Foods from 2012 to 2014.

Earlier in their career, Adelina gained significant experience in the hospitality industry. Adelina served as the General Manager at Extended Stay America from February 2009 to September 2010. Prior to that, they held multiple roles at La Quinta Inns & Suites, including Assistant General Manager and Office Manager.

Throughout their career, Adelina has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a focus on operational excellence. Adelina'sexperience in various sectors has equipped their with a diverse range of knowledge and expertise.

Adelina Robles holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from California State University, Stanislaus. Adelina also obtained an Executive Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the same university. Adelina has additional certifications in Leading Strategy Execution through Culture, Communications Excellence, High Impact Leadership, and Project Management Professional (PMP).
