Franz Ehrensberger

Franz Ehrensberger's work experience includes roles in various companies. Franz started their career at Tennis Academy Unterland as an entrepreneur from 1994 to 2001. Franz then worked at Sandoz as a Business Development Manager from 2003 to 2006. After that, they joined Novartis where they held several roles including Strategic Buyer / Category Manager for Chemicals and APIs from 2006 to 2016. Franz also served as the Head of Procurement Novartis Technical Operations Austria and the Country Representative - Novartis Business Services (NBS) from 2020 to 2023. Currently, they are working at Sandoz as the Global Head Procurement Chemicals & Excipients starting from 2023.

Franz Ehrensberger has a diverse education history. In 1995 to 2000, they attended the Universität Innsbruck, where they obtained a Master's degree in International Economics & Business Studies. In 1999 to 2000, they also attended the University of San Francisco, studying Business Administration. In 2006 to 2007, they pursued Organic Chemistry at the Austrian Chamber of Commerce. Additionally, during the same period, they acquired a Pharmaceutical Sales Rep Authorization from the Austrian Federal Ministry of Health. Finally, in 2010, they participated in the Institute for Lean Six Sigma, focusing on Six Sigma Black Belt.
