Jelena Sutic

Jelena Sutic has extensive experience in various leadership roles within the human resources field. Jelena is currently working as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Sanoma, starting in 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Russell Reynolds Associates as an Executive Director from 2021 to 2023. Before that, they served as the Group Chief People Officer at VEON from 2017 to 2021, where they were responsible for developing and implementing global people strategies. At Telenor Group, they held multiple senior positions, including Senior Vice President, Head of Talent Management, Senior Vice President Strategic HR Development and Executive Search, and Chief HR Officer. Jelena also worked as an HR Manager at Mobtel from 2002 to 2006. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in talent management, leadership development, performance management, and strategic HR planning.

Jelena Sutic received a Master's Degree in Psychology from the University of Belgrade; Faculty of Philosophy, completing their studies from 1995 to 2001.
