Megan Nel

Megan Nel started their work experience in 2014 as the Vice President Human Resources at Sasol. In this role, they were responsible for providing people strategies and solutions to enhance business performance. Megan ensured alignment with functional group standards, optimized functional support cost, and reported on functional performance. Megan also served as the General Manager of HR at Sasol Infrachem.

Megan Nel obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, where they studied from 1987 to 1989.
