Jim Farmer

Jim Farmer has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of talent development and organizational development. Jim has held various leadership positions in companies such as SCAN, CareMore Health, MUFG, Silverado, Disneyland Resort, and Walt Disney World. Jim has demonstrated expertise in areas such as leadership development, coaching, training program management, and facilitation. Jim Farmer holds a Masters of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership from Biola University, which they obtained from 2006 to 2010. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Entertainment and Tourism Studies from California State University, Fullerton from 1999 to 2003. In 1998, they attended the Questrom School of Business, Boston University, without completing a degree in Business and Management. Jim attended Mater Dei High School from 1993 to 1998. Jim has also obtained several certifications, including Health Care Innovation from the University of Pennsylvania in 2020, MindGym Coach from Mind Gym in 2018, and Consulting Skills Certification from the Association for Talent Development (ATD) in 2016. In 2015, they achieved the Insights Discovery Practitioner certification from Insights and the ATD Master Trainer certification. In 2013, Jim obtained the Harrison Work Style Interpretation Certificate from Harrison Assessments Int'l, and in 2012, they obtained the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Certification from the American Management Association.
