Tanya Williams has extensive experience in service delivery and operations management, having served as the Head of Service Delivery at SCC and Civica from February 1998 to February 2022. At Civica, Tanya progressed from an Operational role to enhancing the SAM Team's processes and expertise. Prior experience includes managing an offsite warehouse and internal Purchasing & Operations teams while implementing operational changes, as well as establishing a customer support team. Tanya's career began as an Invoicing Administrator, where initial success in year-end invoicing led to a permanent position in a company that was later acquired by the Sanderson Group, which evolved into Civica.
