Vincent Schoonderwoert has a diverse background in microscopy and biology, with experience in both academic and industry settings. Currently serving as Director Marketing and Science at Scientific Volume Imaging, Vincent is responsible for sales, support, marketing, and training related to the Huygens software. Throughout their career, Vincent has conducted research on cell trafficking components, cytoskeleton dynamics, and the regulated secretory pathway. Vincent holds a PhD in Molecular Cell Biology from Radboud University and has also received a MSc in Molecular and Cellular Biology. Additionally, Vincent has a background in military service and biotechnology.

Fully automated depth-dependent PSF calculation as well as bead-based PSF measurements can be used for deconvolution. You can work with multiple 2D-3D images each up to 32 channels plus time series. Huygens offers various stand-alone solutions, web solutions and plug-ins for single users and multi-user facilities.
