Susanne Müller

Susanne Müller has a diverse work experience spanning across various companies and roles. From 2023, they will be a People Director at SD Worx. Prior to that, they worked at Open Society Foundations as a Global Human Resources Business Partner from 2020 to 2023. In 2019, they held a similar position at Danfoss, where they were responsible for designing and shaping the global organization and introducing agile working culture. From 2016 to 2019, Susanne was the Vice President Human Resources, Technology & Product Management at GfK, leading the transformation into an agile software-based digital product organization. Previous roles include being a Global HR Business Partner at GfK, Nielsen Company, Arvato, and GENERALI Insurances. Susanne also worked as a Legal Clerk at Burris & Schoenberg.

Susanne Müller attended Heidelberg University from 1996 to 2001, where they obtained their 2nd State Exam degree in Law, History, Politics, and Philosophy. In 2003, they briefly studied Copyright, Art & Entertainment Law at UC San Diego. Additionally, they hold a certification as a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from the Scrum Alliance, which they obtained in May 2023.
