Jose Ortego

Jose Ortego began their work experience in 1989 as a Datacenter Operator at Nielsen. Jose then transitioned to the role of Human Resources Specialist from January 1993 to December 1997. In 1998, they joined Oracle as a Learning Development Manager and later became the Compensation & Benefits and Operations Manager from 2002 to 2008.

In 2008, they joined AXA and held several roles, including MedLA Region Human Resources Manager from April 2008 to May 2012, Deputy Director of Human Resources from June 2012 to August 2014, Head of Corporate HR, Executive HR, and Talent Management from September 2014 to October 2018, and finally Head of Talent Management & Talent Acquisition, Diversity & Inclusion in Group Operations from October 2018 to May 2020.

Most recently, in 2020, they worked as the Human Resources Director focusing on HR Digital Transformation, Talent Management, and Organization Development. In 2021, they joined SDG Group as the Group Chief People Officer.

Jose Ortego's education history is as follows:

- From 2017 to the present, Jose attended the Escuela Europea de Coaching to pursue a degree in Team Coaching.

- In 2017, Jose also enrolled at PROSCI. (Nexum) to specialize in Change Management.

- In 2016, Jose studied Executive Coaching at the Escuela Europea de Coaching.

- In 2015, Jose completed the Digital Accelerator Program at General Assembly.

- Between 1985 and 1991, Jose obtained a degree in Ciencias Economicas y Empresariales from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid.

- In 2016, Jose acquired knowledge in Design Thinking from Furious Intent.

- Also in 2015, Jose participated in a program called "How HR create value and Impact" at RBL, focusing on Gestión y servicios de recursos humanos.

- In the same year, Jose attended the Danone University's "Culture & Change Edition" program, which focused on Desarrollo de recursos humanos.
