Becky MacDougall

Becky MacDougall has a diverse work experience in the field of recruiting and marketing/business development. Becky started their career at Keslar Insurance Agency in 2015 as a Marketing and Business Development Intern. After that, they joined Seaglass Technology Partners, LLC in 2016 and worked their way up through various roles. Becky started as a Technical Recruiter from September 2016 to March 2018. Then, they served as a Lead Technical Recruiter from March 2018 to March 2019. Becky was later promoted to Recruiting Manager and held this position from April 2019 to June 2023. Currently, Becky MacDougall is serving as the Director of Recruiting at Seaglass Technology Partners, LLC, a role they have held since June 2023.

Becky MacDougall attended the University of New Hampshire from 2012 to 2016, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication: Business Applications.
