Ralph Harris

Ralph Harris has a long and varied work experience. In 2020, they began working at Sealing Technologies Inc. as the Director of Business Development and Program Manager. From 2017 to 2020, they were the Business Development Manager at Soliel, LLC. From 2014 to 2017, they were the Senior Program Manager at DMI (Digital Management, LLC), where they were responsible for providing leadership and program management for contracts valued over $100 million. From 2010 to 2014, they were the Program Manager for the DISA Test and Evaluation Mission Support Service (MSS) IDIQ contract at Alion Science and Technology. From 2009 to 2010, they were the Senior Staff Assistant for Net-Centric and Space Systems at the Office of the Secretary of the Defense, DOT&E, where they provided independent operational test and evaluation of Joint and Service command and control systems. Finally, from 2005 to 2009, they were the Senior Military Assistant to the Deputy Director (Senior Executive Service) for Net-Centric and Space Systems at the Office of the Secretary of Defense, DOT&E.

Ralph Harris obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management and Finance from Southeastern Louisiana University between 1979 and 1983. Ralph then earned a Master of Science in National Resource Management from the Industrial College of the Armed Forces (ICAF) between 2004 and 2005. Most recently, they obtained a Master of Science in Management of Information Technology from the University of Virginia in 2019.
