Paula Andersen has extensive work experience in operations and leadership roles. Paula started their career as a Director of Operations at West Corporation, where they implemented reporting tools and led their team through continuous improvement. Paula then worked as a Regional Director of Operations at Alorica, where they successfully managed AT&T's largest programs and salvaged at-risk accounts. Paula was later promoted to the role of Site Director of Operations at Alorica, where they achieved significant financial improvements and decreased attrition rates. Paula then joined Epiq as a Senior Director of Operations, leading multi-site teams and achieving record-breaking growth rates. Paula also worked at DoorDash as a Director, leading customer service centers and creating operational frameworks. Currently, they are serving as the Senior Director of Customer Experience at SeatGeek.
