Saeed Mehrabi

Saeed Mehrabi has a strong background in data science and healthcare. Saeed is currently the Director of Data Science at Secure Exchange Solutions, a healthcare company they joined in 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Siemens Healthineers as a Senior Data Scientist from 2017 to 2019. Before Siemens, they were a NLP Scientist at Mayo Clinic from 2014 to 2017. Saeed also gained experience as a Data Scientist Intern at AstraZeneca in 2014. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Research Assistant at Indiana University Indianapolis from 2009 to 2014, and as an Import Manager at Vitana PLC from 2005 to 2009. Saeed started their career as an Intern at a General Electric Medical equipment distributor from 2003 to 2004.

Saeed Mehrabi holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, which they earned from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they completed their PhD in Health Informatics from Indiana University Indianapolis between 2009 and 2014. Saeed also obtained a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Tehran University of Medical Sciences from 2004 to 2007. Saeed'seducational journey began with a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Islamic Azad University, Science And Research Branch, which they completed from 1999 to 2004. In addition to their formal education, Saeed Mehrabi has also obtained a certification as an HDP Developer in Apache Pig and Hive from Hortonworks in 2015.
