Carol Trujillo Monsalve

Carol Trujillo Monsalve has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Carol started their career as a Human Resources Trainee at Kellogg Company in 2014, where they were responsible for recruitment, selection, and induction processes. Carol then worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at MULTIPROYECTOS S.A. in 2015, where they managed disciplinary processes, recruitment and selection, and created annual training plans.

In 2016, Carol joined Aserpa as a Human Resources Coordinator, where they were involved in recruitment and selection, as well as the development and administration of HR policies and procedures. Carol then moved on to become an HR Generalist at Selina in 2017, where they handled various HR responsibilities, including recruitment, selection, onboarding, and training.

Carol's career progression continued at Selina, where they took on roles with increasing responsibilities. Carol served as the Country Human Resources Director from 2019 to 2022, where they were in charge of budgeting, headcount management, recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes. Carol then became the Regional HR Director for LATAM from February 2022 to October 2022, followed by the Regional HR Director for North and South America from October 2022 to September 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Global Head of HR at Selina.

Throughout their work experience, Carol has demonstrated their expertise in HR processes, including recruitment, selection, onboarding, training, and budgeting. Carol has successfully led and managed HR teams, developed and implemented HR initiatives, and ensured compliance with HR policies and procedures.

Carol Trujillo Monsalve has a diverse education history in the field of Human Resources. Carol obtained a Master's degree in HR from EUDE Business School in 2024. In 2022, they completed a Coaching and Leadership Diploma from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. In 2021, Carol obtained a Specialist degree in HR and Labor Legislation in Times of Change from LEAD University. Prior to that, they earned a degree as an HR Specialist from Universidad EAN in 2018. Carol's education journey began with a focus on Business Administration at Universidad Externado de Colombia from 2008 to 2013.
