Kary Lopez

Kary Lopez, Esq. has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Kary currently serves as the Legal Director, Compliance and North America Growth at Selina since October 2020. Prior to that, they were the US & UK Associate Regional Counsel at Selina starting from April 2019. Kary is also the Founder and Managing Attorney of Lopez Legal Consulting LLC since February 2021. Kary has worked as an Associate at Mombach Boyle & Hardin PA in 2018 and as an Associate at Meister Seelig & Fein LLP from 2016 to 2018, where they focused on real estate matters. Kary served as a Law Clerk at Sive Paget & Riesel from 2013 to 2016 and as a Legal Intern at Thor Equities in 2016. Before that, they worked as a Paralegal/Legal Assistant at Tannenbaum Helpern Syracuse & Hirschtritt LLP from 2011 to 2013. Kary's earlier roles include working as an Executive Assistant at Cosentini Associates from 2010 to 2011 and as the Head of the Settlement Department at Spencer G. Morgan, P.A. from 2006 to 2010.

Kary Lopez, Esq. obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Religion/Religious Studies from Florida International University in 2010. From 2013 to 2016, they attended New York Law School and earned a JD, focusing on Real Estate Development, Environmental Law, and Construction Law. They have also obtained certifications from various institutions such as the Florida Bar, New York Bar, and New Jersey Bar. In 2018, they became a certified Real Estate Affiliate Broker in New York.
