Mario Zeledon Venutolo

Mario Zeledon Venutolo has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Mario started their career as a Legal Intern at FABREGA MOLINO in 2008. Mario then worked as President of Grupo Multiformaz, S.A. from 2009 to 2011. Following that, they served as Counsel at Banco Universal from 2013 to 2015, where they handled various banking transaction contracts and agreements. Mario joined POVAC as a Corporate Counsel from 2015 to 2017. Mario's most recent work experience is with Selina, where they have held multiple roles. Mario started as Corporate Counsel in 2017 and was responsible for managing legal processes, drafting and reviewing contracts, and coordinating with external lawyers for global expansion. Mario later became the Senior Real Estate Counsel for LATAM and, most recently, assumed the position of Legal Director - Commercial, leading contractual matters related to F&B and revenue generators at a global scale.

Mario Zeledon Venutolo completed their Bachelor of Science and Letters degree at Oxford International School from 1991 to 2003.

Mario then pursued a Licenciatura en Derecho y Ciencias Politicas at Universidad Católica Santa María La Antigua from 2005 to 2010.

Finally, they obtained a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Maritime Law from Tulane University in 2011.
