Andy Yeo

Andy Yeo has extensive work experience in various HR and talent acquisition roles. Andy started their career at SingTel as a Product Manager and then moved on to work at Kienbaum, a German-based search firm, where they achieved a S$1 Million Fee target. Andy managed the Singapore team at Hughes-Castell, placing in-house legal counsel and revenue generating partners. At Shell, they served as an HR Services Project Manager and Regional Executive Recruitment Manager. Andy also worked at HP, where they held several roles, including Asia-Pacific Talent Channels Director and Asia-Pacific Staffing Director. Andy later joined the Monetary Authority of Singapore as a Deputy Director of HR Business Partnering. Most recently, they have been working at Sembcorp Industries Ltd as the SVP of Group HR, overseeing talent acquisition and reducing recruitment agency spend. Overall, Andy Yeo has a strong background in HR, talent acquisition, and leadership positions within various industries.

Andy Yeo attended the National University of Singapore from 1986 to 1990, where they obtained a BBA (Hons) degree in Marketing and Organisational Development. In 1996, they pursued a Diploma in Telecommunications Management at Temple University. Andy Yeo also has a certification in Employee Experience from LinkedIn, obtained in 2022.
