At Series AI, we're looking for entrepreneurial Technical Product Managers at various experience levels to lead the charge of our best-in-class game engine and platform. Your role will be crucial in translating complex team and business needs into product requirements and addressing them with appropriate technical solutions harnessing the power of Generative AI. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams to develop, refine and execute the roadmap, integrating your technical expertise with strategic business acumen and understanding of the team’s needs. You will  

Responsibilities

• Develop and clearly articulate the product strategy, aligning with the company’s objectives and the evolving customer needs and market landscape.
• Masterfully manage the development lifecycle from initial concept to deployment and continuous enhancement, ensuring engine features and improvements are delivered on time, within scope and exceeding expectations.
• Bridge the gap between complex technical solutions and tangible business value, Navigate an evolving technical space and prioritize among multiple possible initiatives, keeping the team focused on delivering maximum value.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams to surface problems and opportunities, ensure smooth development processes, and address any roadblocks swiftly.
• Craft detailed, actionable requirements, user stories, and UI wireframes that guide the creation of technical specifications and architecture.
• Work alongside engineering teams to set timelines, define product milestones, and ensure timely delivery of product objectives.
• Exhibit maturity, strong judgment in both product and technology realms, and the ability to influence and lead.
• Demonstrate an ownership mindset, rally the energy and focus to push through challenges and deliver results.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3+ years of experience in technical product management or a similar role for a technically demanding field, within the tech or gaming industry.
• A Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Game Development, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams, juggle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proven ability to deconstruct complex issues and identify innovative solutions.
• Solid technical foundation with an understanding of software development processes and lifecycles.
• Proficient in Agile and other project management methodologies, with a knack for adapting processes to suit project and team needs.
• Must be able to script in Unity or Python
