Jen Salisbury

Jen Salisbury, SPHR has over 17 years of experience in human resources. Jen is currently working as a Director HR Business Partner - Sales at Serta Simmons Bedding, LLC. Before that, they served as an Associate HR Director - Global Finance | Global HR at Kohler Co. from July 2021 to October 2022.

From 2014 to 2021, Jen held multiple roles at Kimberly-Clark, including Sr. HRBP Global CFO | Global Tax, HRBP Global Research & Engineering, HRBP Baby & Child Care-North America, and HRBP Global Manufacturing. Prior to that, they worked as a Corporate HR Manager at Pioneer Metal Finishing from March 2012 to February 2014.

Jen's earlier experience includes a role as an HR Plant Manager - Distribution, Logistics & Transportation at SHOPKO DISTRIBUTION CENTER from July 2007 to March 2012. Jen also served as an HR Generalist at Ameriprise Auto & Home Insurance from December 2006 to July 2007 and at Target from July 2005 to December 2006. Additionally, Jen started their career as an HR Intern at Carter's | OshKosh B'gosh from January 2005 to June 2005. Throughout their career, they have gained expertise in various HR areas such as employee relations, recruitment, training, and policy administration.

Jen Salisbury, SPHR obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management and Marketing from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh in 2005. Jen also holds a certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the HR Certification Institute, which was obtained in 2013.
