Alejandro Morquecho began their work experience in 2000 as a Program Engineering Manager at General Motors, where they oversaw engineering changes for domestic vehicle programs. Alejandro later served as a Vehicle Systems Engineer, coordinating design and development activities for the 2008 Delta Platform Programs. In 2007, they became the Domestic Vehicles Interiors Lead Engineer, ensuring compliance and successful launches of interior components.

Morquecho then joined Peguform in 2009 as a PM Officer and Engineering Manager, overseeing program management and engineering processes for current and new projects. Alejandro also collaborated with international teams from Germany, Spain, and China for program development.

In 2010, Morquecho joined Adient as a Manufacturing Engineering and Launch Manager, responsible for industrialization, manufacturing, and new product launches at the plant. Alejandro later served as the Chief Engineer and Director of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering.

Most recently, Morquecho joined Shape Corp. in 2022 as the Director of Engineering and Program Management.

Alejandro Morquecho has a solid education history that spans several prestigious academic institutions. From 1989 to 1995, they attended Tecnológico de Monterrey, where they pursued a degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering. Following this, they obtained a Financial Engineering Diploma from Universidad Autonoma del Estado de Mexico in 1996, focusing on Finance and Financial Management Services. Lastly, Alejandro attended the University of Michigan from 2001 to 2009, specializing in Manufacturing and earning a degree in Engineering in Manufacturing.
