Mark Schildkraut

Mark Schildkraut's work experience includes serving as the VP, Head of Global IP, and Chief IP Counsel at SharkNinja, where they lead a global team of IP legal professionals. Mark is also a Board Member at the New York Intellectual Property Law Association.

Prior to that, Mark held various positions at BD, including Associate General Counsel - IP, Cybersecurity, Litigation, Assistant General Counsel - IP & Cybersecurity, and Senior Intellectual Property Counsel. Mark also worked as an Associate at Kaye Scholer LLP and Morgan & Finnegan LLP Alumni Network.

Mark Schildkraut has a Master of Laws (LLM) in Information Technology Law from The University of Edinburgh. Mark also holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from Fordham University School of Law. In addition, they have a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University at Buffalo. Mark has obtained certifications as a New Jersey Bar member, a New York Bar member, and a US Patent Attorney.
