Brianna Garcia has a diverse work experience. Brianna started their career as an Administrative Assistant at American Honda Motor Company, Inc. from July 2017 to June 2018. Brianna then joined ServiceTitan in July 2018 as a Customer Support Advocate I & II, where they supported tenants with software-related issues and assisted team members with live cases. In April 2021, Brianna was promoted to Associate Specialist at ServiceTitan, where they served as a resource for customer support and handled escalations from premium and strategic accounts.
