Denia Verhoef has extensive experience in customer success, marketing, and sales roles. Currently, they serve as the VP of Customer Success at SharpLaunch, where they develop and implements strategies to drive customer engagement, retention, and growth. Denia also oversees a team of customer success managers and collaborates with product, sales, and marketing teams to integrate client feedback into the platform's development.

Denia Verhoef has a strong educational background. Denia began their studies at the University of Amsterdam in 2009 and completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Language and Communication in 2012. During this time, they also obtained the CoDeCo certification from Servisair in February 2012.

After completing their bachelor's degree, Denia continued their education at the University of Amsterdam and pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Cultural Information Science from 2012 to 2013.

In addition to their formal education, Denia has also obtained several certifications. In October 2019, they earned the Advanced Google Analytics & Google Analytics for Power Users certification from Google. Denia also holds the Lean Six Sigma Orange Belt certification from the DIOR Academy, as well as the PRINCE2 Foundation certification, also obtained from the DIOR Academy, although the specific dates of obtaining these certifications are not provided.
