Mari Nyheim

Mari Nyheim has extensive work experience in the field of HR. Mari started their career at Thon Hotel Bergen Brygge as a Receptionist in 2004 and worked there until 2007. Mari then worked at Thon Hotel Bristol as a Receptionist from 2007 to 2008. After that, they joined Thon Hotel Arendal as a Receptionist/Assistant Reception Manager from 2008 to 2009. Mari then transitioned to Emil AS as a Store Assistant from 2009 to 2012. In 2012, Mari joined Bergen Engines AS as an HR Advisor/Recruitment Advisor and worked there until 2015. Mari then took on the role of HR Advisor/Project Lead from 2015 to 2017, and later became an HR Business Partner from 2017 to 2019. Currently, Mari is working at Shearwater GeoServices where they started as the HR Manager for Norway from 2019 to 2020. Mari then became the HR Manager for Europe from 2020 to 2023, and is currently serving as the Head of HR Operations - Onshore starting from 2023.

Mari Nyheim attended the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) in 2015, where they studied Endringsledelse (Change Management). Prior to that, from 2009 to 2012, they pursued their Bachelor's degree in Markedsføring, internasjonalisering og ledelse (Marketing, Internationalization, and Leadership) at the BI Norwegian Business School. Earlier, from 2002 to 2004, they studied Salg og Service (Sales and Service) at Bjørgvin Videregående skole.
