Nancy Gephart

Nancy Gephart is currently the Principal at Shift Capital LLC, where Nancy manages a team of 30 and is responsible for approximately $400MM of real estate assets. Prior to this role, Nancy worked at Capital Impact Partners as a Loan Associate and later as a Loan Officer, where Nancy underwrote and managed over 50 real estate transactions totaling over $100 million. With a background in sustainable enterprise from the University of Michigan and Williams College, Nancy has also held roles at the University of Michigan, Global Entrepreneurship Program Indonesia, and World Wildlife Fund, demonstrating a strong track record in investment, business development, and environmental stewardship.
