Micha Pashley

Micha Pashley is currently the People Operations Manager at Shift Collab since November 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the People Experience Lead at CloudMD following the MindBeacon acquisition. Micha has a background in human resources, having worked in various HR roles at companies such as Clean My Space, Xerox, MindBeacon, ASK4 Ltd, and Liberty Gate. They also have experience in customer service and sales from positions at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, John Lewis & Partners, and The Crystal Lodge & Suites. Micha is currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management at George Brown College Continuing Education.
