Suresh Sakthivel

Suresh Sakthivel has over 15 years of experience in the field of Human Resources. Suresh began their career as a Trainee at HCL Technologies in 2004. Suresh then joined Kumaran Systems as a Junior HR and steadily progressed to the position of Senior Manager HR, leading teams in both the Indian and North American markets. In 2017, they joined INNOVA SOLUTIONS USA as an Associate Vice President of Human Resources. Currently, Suresh is working as an Associate Vice President of Human Resources at Shiksha Financial Services India Private Ltd. Suresh'sexpertise lies in various functional areas within HR.

Suresh Sakthivel completed their secondary education at Sir.M.Ct.m. Hr.Sec.School from 1997 to 1999. Suresh then enrolled at Jaya College of Arts&Science from 1999 to 2002, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Corporate Secretaryship. Following this, Suresh went on to attend Madras Christian College from 2002 to 2004, where they obtained a Master's degree in Social Work with a specialization in Human Resource Management (MSW-HRM).
