Joel Atchison

Joel Atchison is the Vice President of Safety. Joel has more than 28 years of experience as a safety and health professional. He has multiple safety certifications and holds both an MBA and Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Safety and Health. He has led the National Division’s safety program for more than 12 years, overseeing safety programs for highly complex heavy civil, O&M and mining projects throughout Europe, South America, and the U.S, including the Olmsted Dam, Chickamauga Lock, LaGrange Lock, Black Thunder Mine, and Hudson Bergen Light Rail.
