Jyosthna Gaikwad currently serves as the Lead - People & Organisation at Siemens since October 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Human Resources Business Partner - Technical and HR Head - R&D India at Nestlé from June 2020 to October 2023, where leadership of the HR function for the R&D India centre was a key responsibility. Additional experience encompasses positions such as Human Resources Manager at Raymond Consumer Care, HR Lead - Sales and Marketing and OD & Talent Management at CEAT for RPG Group, and various internships across reputed organizations including Tata Global Beverages and Deutsche Bank. Jyosthna holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and Labor Relations from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, a Master of Science in Applied Pharmaceutical Microbiology from SPTM, NMIMS University Mumbai, and a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from the University of Mumbai.
