Silvia DSouza has a diverse range of work experience. Silvia started their career in 2003 as a Call Center Representative at Wipro Spectramind Limited. From 2005 to 2011, they worked at Hutchinson 3 Global Services Pvt Limited, first as a Billing Analyst and then as a Team and Quality Coach. In these roles, they addressed billing concerns, managed customer disputes, and trained their team on problem-solving and escalations. Silvia then joined Cox and Kings India in 2011 as a Senior Analyst, where they managed a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals and analyzed market trends to recommend suitable products. Since 2013, they have been working at Silah Gulf as a Credit Control Analyst (STC Bahrain), where they analyze credit evaluation, implements procedures for timely payments, and produces reports.
