Justin Rey

Justin Rey, SHRM-SCP has over 20 years of work experience. Justin currently holds the position of Director of People & Culture at Silencer Central since January 2024. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Administration at Heritage Bank NA for 10 years, from 2013 to 2023. Justin also worked as a Quality Assurance NCOIC at Minnesota Air National Guard for 26 years, from 1996 to 2022. Additionally, Justin has held roles such as Human Resources Director at Orion Food Systems, Human Resources Manager at Sencore, and Technical Recruiter at Express Professional.

Justin Rey, SHRM-SCP, has an associate's degree in Human Resources Management from the Community College of the Air Force, obtained in 2013. Prior to that, they earned an associate's degree in Electronic Systems Technology from the same institution in 2005. Additionally, Justin has a bachelor's degree in Business Management, with a focus on Human Resources, from the University of Central Oklahoma, completed in 2002. Justin has also obtained certifications as a Senior Certified Professional from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in 2014, and as a Senior Professional in Human Resources from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) in 2006.
