Brittany White

Brittany White is a highly experienced professional in the field of food science. Brittany has held various titles at Simmons Pet Food, including Senior Director of Product Development, Applied Research & Innovation. Prior to that, Brittany worked as a Research Food Technologist at USDA-ARS, where Brittany focused on proteomic analysis of peanuts and peanut products. Brittany also has experience as a Graduate Assistant at the University of Arkansas, where Brittany conducted experiments on cranberry pomace. Brittany holds a PhD in Food Science from the University of Arkansas.
