Karen Infantado has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Karen is currently the Founder and CEO of ThoughtDiva, a position they have held since January 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Service Delivery at Sirius Support starting from January 2020.

From 2018 to 2021, Karen worked as a CSM at ESW Capital, actively involved in customer success management. Before that, they were the CEO of i-Advanz Business Results from 2016 to 2020, where they focused on building businesses and mastering different facets of outsourcing.

Earlier in their career, Karen held roles such as Customer Experience Manager and Quality Manager at Teleperformance from 2015 to 2017, and Service Manager at QBE Insurance from 2013 to 2015. Karen also worked at TaskUs as an Operations Manager, Client Success Manager, and Executive Assistant from 2011 to 2013.

Before entering the corporate world, Karen gained experience as a Freelance Writer through platforms like oDesk and their personal connections from 2006 to 2011. Additionally, they worked as an Academic Tutor for two grade school children from 2006 to 2008.

Furthermore, Karen has demonstrated leadership skills and expertise in team management, campaign management, and workforce management during their tenure as a Team Lead, Flex Trainer, and Advisor at APAC Customer Service Inc from 2007 to 2011.

Karen Infantado attended the University of the Philippines from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a degree in Chemical Engineering. Karen also holds a certification in Developing Your Emotional Intelligence from LinkedIn, acquired in 2020.
